Terms of Service

Effective date: November 5, 2026

These Terms of Service govern business consulting and digital services provided by Millennial Marque LLC ("we," "us") through millennialmarque.com. Please review them before booking or paying. Any signed project agreement or statement of work will specify the services purchased and will control if its terms conflict with these general terms.

1. Services and scope

We offer business visibility diagnostics, business growth planning, branding, website services, marketing guidance, and AI/digital workflow consulting. A product listing is not a guarantee of specific results. Deliverables, revision limits, timelines, and client responsibilities are established in the written scope or order confirmation before payment.

2. Prices and payment

Current advertised starting prices include the Business Visibility Diagnostic ($150), Business Growth Starter ($500), and AI Business Growth System ($1,500). Custom work may require a separate quote. The $150 diagnostic is paid in full before work begins. For the $500 and $1,500 packages, we may request a 50% initial deposit, with the remainder due at milestones identified in the written agreement. Applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not ask clients to email payment-card details.

3. Cancellation, deposits, and refunds

Clients may request cancellation before work begins. Amounts paid for services not yet begun will generally be refunded. Once agreed work has begun, amounts attributable to completed work, reserved project resources, and agreed non-refundable deposits may be retained to the extent permitted by law and the signed service agreement. Any balance for unperformed services will be handled according to the project agreement and applicable law. If we cancel or cannot provide contracted services, we will address refunds for undelivered work as required by law. A designation of "non-refundable" does not waive statutory rights or prevent a cardholder from raising a payment dispute.

4. Client approvals and timelines

Clients must provide accurate information, materials they are authorized to use, timely feedback, and any needed access through secure channels. Project schedules may change when approvals or materials are delayed. Additional services or revisions beyond the agreed scope require separate approval and may incur additional charges.

5. Ownership and third-party services

Unless the project agreement says otherwise, clients retain ownership of materials they provide. Ownership or license terms for completed deliverables will be specified in the written agreement. Third-party hosting, domains, software, subscriptions, advertising budgets, and transaction fees are separate unless expressly included.

6. No guaranteed business outcomes

We provide professional recommendations and services, but do not guarantee revenue, rankings, leads, regulatory compliance, or business results. Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions and for obtaining legal, accounting, or other regulated professional advice when needed.

7. Acceptable use and confidentiality

Clients must not submit unlawful content or material they lack permission to use. We use reasonable care with client information, but clients should not send passwords, payment-card details, Social Security numbers, or sensitive records through general inquiry forms. Any project-specific confidentiality obligations should be documented separately.

8. Disputes and applicable law

We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve concerns. These terms are governed by applicable Pennsylvania law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdictional rules that may apply. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms prospectively by posting a revised version and effective date. The version accepted at checkout or in a signed agreement governs that purchase. For questions or cancellation requests, use the contact form on millennialmarque.com and identify your order or project.

Important: The terms displayed here are general website terms. Before accepting deposits, provide the customer a specific statement of work and ensure the checkout links to the applicable agreement and cancellation terms.
